We have to give our customers something unique and unexpected. Nobody could even imagine that electronic puppy or kitten who constantly wanted to eat and be looked after would be the most popular product of 1997. We are talking about Tomagochi. And it was the idea of the company to create it, not the idea of a customer. As you can see, winning products are born within the company and not with the help of promo products, such as promotional food. Don’t pay attention to your customers when thinking about something revolutionary. Try to forget about them and this product will bring billions.
